The Muse - Soft offers the 'cloud' feeling that allows the shoulders and hips to sink comfortably into the mattress delivering maximum pressure point relief and gentler support.

The Muse - Medium is firm to the touch with a perfect amount of contour and give. Medium is our most popular comfort level. Several customers have told us it is slightly more firm than other medium options they have tried.

2nd layer: 2" of reactive support gel foam that resists heat retention and retains a soft feeling while actively maintaining your body in proper alignment for deep restorative sleep.
3rd layer: 2" of transition foam for gentle support and smooth transition to our foundational base layer.

- Can I Exchange my Muse Mattress for a Different Firmness?

Muse Exchange Policy
You can return your Muse Mattress if you have slept on it for a minimum of 20 nights. Once eligibility has been confirmed, we will arrange a pickup of your Muse Mattress to begin the return process. Once your mattress has been picked up, you can purchase a new Muse Mattress for the new desired firmness level. For more details see our Return and Exchange Policy.
- Can I Return my Muse Mattress or Muse Accessories?

Muse Return Policy
All Muse purchases have a 120 night sleep trial. We do require for you to sleep on your Muse Mattress for at least 20 nights before a return can be processed. As for Muse accessories, there isn’t a trial minimum. If you wish to return your mattress, please reach out to us so we can arrange a pickup of your mattress via a local charity or Removal Service. Once your mattress has been picked up, we will issue a full refund to you. If you wish to return your Muse accessories, we will send you a return label or ask that you donate the items. Once the items have been received or once we receive a donation receipt, we will issue a full refund. Please keep in mind there is not a return policy enforced for free items attained in a bundle promotion.
- Can I Exchange "Bundle Offer" Items?

Bundle Items Policy
Since bundle items were included free as part of a promotion Muse mattress offer, they are considered final sale, so they are unable to be exchanged for different items. As they are free items, we do not require for them to be returned even if your mattress is returned. Consider it a gift from Muse…enjoy!
